issue with writting text in XD.

Question

Dear Adobe,I am a user who uses your program, XD.I am very angry with you now.Even though I'm a student, I'm going crazy about the fact that I have to pay this high price and use a program full of errors. When writing text, the text is erased and not written. Or the text is written in the column that adjusts the font size. I have to finish the work quickly, but I can't stand it, so I take the time to send you an e-mail with my anger. This is not my problem. Please make a good program if it's sold at a high price.I'm so angry.

Hi there,

We apologize for the frustration and thanks for writing the issue to us. We would request you to please share the version of XD and the OS you're using. It would be helpful if you can create a short video of the issue if you can replicate it with us for investigation purposes. Does that happen with every file or with the specific file?
