Issues adding creative cloud library assets to XD

I’ve been using creative cloud libraries & XD for about a year now. Today I tried to add an asset to one of my workspaces today & received this error message. I’ve tried deleting & reinstalling XD, unsyncing & syncing libraries, starting fresh on a new workspace, restarting my computer & nothing seems to work. Hoping someone can help me get up and running again!
