Issues dragging PNGs into XD

Hi there,

 

I'm on a Mac and having issues dragging PNGs I've created on desktop into my XD file. I can't import them, either.

 

My XD version (56.1.12.1 x64) is up to date, I restarted my computer earlier today.

 

Any insight/help with this would be great, thank you!

    Hi @Anne2798105510oc ,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. This generally happens because of limited permission, so please grant Adobe XD Full Disc Access. To do that, please navigate to Apple Menu > System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Full Disc Access. After unlocking, please add Adobe XD and then restart XD. Let us know if this helps or if you need further assistance.

    Have you tested dragging/dropping or importing other PNGs? I'm wondering if there's something peculiar about those PNGs such as their file size:

    Great question. And, yes! I've tested dragging other PNGs, and I'm having the same issue.

     

    I've been working on this project since about February and have been able to drag other images, so I'm not sure what's the reasoning as to why can't drag over. The PNGs are only 13 KB.
