Issues with Live Preview

Hi,

My name's Alex and and i'm sorry that my first post here is about an error but i really need help.
I'm trying to use the live preview function on my Iphone Xs Max and link it to my Lenovo Legion 5 with Windows 10.
I downloaded the latest version of Adobe XD on the phone and on Windows, also i have downloaded the latest version of iTunes.
I'm currently following these steps:
1) Open XD
2) Open Document

3) Connect the phone

4) Start Live preview (the phone icon)

I follow these steps but nothing happens.
Can you help me? I saw many people with the same issue but i tried their solutions and couldn't get any of those working.
Please.

ps: cloud preview works well but it's not live.
