Keyboard doesn't work in Adobe XD

Today I have installed the latest version of Adobe XD but I face a problem that, keyboard doesn't work. Then I uninstall 3 times and install and facing the same problem but other software I can use keyboard. So what's solution for this problem?

    Can you describe HOW the keyboard does it work? Also, can you provide your computer's type, OS, etc.   That will give the Adobe folks something to start from.
