keyboard totally stops working in adobe xd

My keyboard totally stops working in adobe xd. I can't input text or use the shortcuts as the keyboard doesn't response at all. I am using windows 10 and the latest version of xd. my pc has 8 gb ram, core i3 7th gen, amd radeon r7 250 2gb gpu. need a solution badly please.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please share a few more details like:

The version of XD.
Is this happening with Adobe XD or with other applications?
When this happens are you able to use the mouse to open any menu option? What I am trying to understand is, if it's the XD which is getting frozen or the issue is with the keyboard.
Does restarting XD solves the issue?

xd version 32.0.22.11

it is only happening in xd even the illustrator cc works fine.

the app doesn't freeze. just the keyboard is not working.

i've restarted and tried reinstalling too but the problem remains

Sorry for the delay in response. We have the current version of XD available as 32.2. Could you please update and let us know if you are still experiencing the issue?
