Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please test this on a different browser & switching to a different internet network and if it still doesn't work, please share a few more details like:

The version of XD & OS.
Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
If it's happening with a specific file, please share the file & the link through a private message by clicking on my name.
