Layouts com redimensionamento responsivo

Boa tarde a todos!

 

Estou desenvolvendo o design de um aplicativo para celular. E mesmo ativando a opção para layout responsivo nas telas ainda ocorrem problemas. Em alguns celulares as telas não ficam em modo cheio (aparecem faixas brancas nas laterais) ou o menu que deveria estar fixado na parte inferior da tela não aparece, só aparece no fim da rolagem.

Alguém sabe qual poderia ser o problema ou se existe algum outro recurso que deve ser ativado?

      Obrigada pela resposta!

      O sistema operacional é: edição Windows 10 Pro, versão 21H2, compilação do SO 19044.2006, experiência Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0.

      A versão do XD é: 51.0.12.6, sincronização da Creative Cloud 5.17.9.1.

       

      Segue anexo o problema encontrado na vizualização do design em um celular com tela de tamanho 5" polegadas e resolução 540x960 pixels (16:9). O design aparece em tela cheia, porém o menu não aparece fixo na parte inferior da tela e em uma tela em que existe scroll (favoritos) o menu não aparece nem ao final do scroll.

       

      Segue anexo o problema encontrado na vizualização do design em um celular com tela de tamanho 6.67" polegadas e resolução 1080x2400 pixels (20:9). O design não aparece em tela cheia (existem faixas brancas nas laterais), porém em uma tela em que existe scroll (favoritos) o menu na parte inferior da tela continua fixo quando o scroll é feito.

      Thank you for sharing the requested info, @Micheli Leite. Could you please confirm if the fixed object is set below the fold, i.e the viewport height of the artboard is less than the artboard height? Please also share the screenshot of your design with the property inspector settings as shown below-

       

       

      If you've the same settings, please uncheck the fixed position when scrolling and then do the desktop preview and let us know if that helps.
