Libraries cant sync due to blocked Creative Cloud services

Hi everyone,
I can't do anything within the library section on my XD. It's written that Creative Cloud services are blocked. Please check your Firewall settings.

 



I have allowed the app on the Firewall section and reinstalled XD. I did not update any firewall/anti-virus, I also do what is suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

Unfortunately, nothing helps so far. Please let me know if you have this issue and resolve it.
