Library panel is not listing the selected libraries

Created Library is not able to take in to left panel. Can any one please shed some light on this

    Hi,

    If you click the back arrow on the left (next to DOCUMENT ASSETS), you should be redirected to the view with LIBRARIES. All Libraries, that you toggled ON, will be displayed in the Panel:

    Hi,
