Link problems on different devices

Hello,

I have a problem with created links.

At work we share the same disk / environment in which we have access to work files, but from our own Adobe account. Previously, when we created a link, we could also find it in the work file and there was only one link and it was also visible to both parties. Currently, if I create a link and save it to ''Computer A'', no link is displayed on ''Computer B'' and a new link has to be generated.

I would like to see that if I generate a link on ''computer A'', that ''computer B'' also has this link in the file. But I don't know why it suddenly stopped working, can someone help me?

I'm not sure if it will fix it, but try this: at the top right of the window, to the right of Links click the down arrow and make sure the current link is selected. Then see if the link appears without having to create a new one.
