link to flow in prototype stalls

I created an animated flow in my prototype which works perfectly (like a dream) within XD on my laptop, but when I share the link to it, the prototype loads but then stalls and won't move forward. It just does the spin thing incessantly. What am I doing wrong? And how do I fix this?

What browser and OS are you trying to view it on? Have you tried a different browser? You are not doing anything worng on your end. The issue could be something on Adobe's servers, something else, or a browser issue. One option would be to use XD's record option and record the animation and share it via another method.

I was trying to view it on mobile and/or Chrome, OS 11.5.2. It doesn't work on either.

Excellent suggestion, Chris! It works on Safari, which is really limiting as so many people use Chrome. And it's a mobile app which cannot be viewed on mobile 😞
