Live view not working on latest iPhone 12 Pro Max

hello everyone, 

I'm running window 10 on my surface book with the latest iTunes but somehow in Adobe xd live view not supporting my device. getting this error messages 

Everything up to date any help? please

    Thank you for reaching out. I would suggest creating a new design in XD without interactions and then try if the live preview is working. Could you please also share the version of XD you're using?
