Log Collector on XD

Hi, 

 

Apologies if this is the wrong area of the forum to post this.

I am trying to collect logs from my XD as sometimes inputting text becomes blocked. When I run the executable downloaded from the Log Collector help page once it has extracted all that happens is a notepad opens showing:

I don't know what to do with this now. I am on the latest version of windows 10. Any help is appreciated. Cheers

      Hi @Sebastian24471324my30, can you upload that log file to some dropbox etc and post the link here, you can send the link as a message to  @HARSHIKA_VERMA also, as she creates an issue for engineering team to examine. Happy creating!
