Losing Work if multiple collaborator is working in a file at a time in XD

Hi-

Every time more than one team member is an an XD file at a time, if one person does work, it doesn't save-even if the other person makes no changes. This is a very annoying and expensive glitch. Are we supposed to be able to collaborate in files or no?

Hi @2230303765F97,

We are sorry to hear you're experiencing issues while collaborating in XD. We would love to help you with the issue. Please try the below steps-

  • Please ensure you're both on the latest version of XD (XD 51)
  • Quit Adobe XD and Creative Cloud Desktop app.
  • Sign out of XD and Creative Cloud desktop app.
  • Restart the machine.
  • Launch XD from the Creative Cloud Desktop app and then try to collaborate.

If that doesn't help, could you please share the screenshot of the "About XD" info page? Does that happen with a specific file or all the files?

I will try my best to help.

Thanks,

Harshika
