Lost access to Adobe XD cloud documents

Hi Everyone,

Recently the company I've been working with, purchased another licence for Adobe XD soon after expiry of the licence I was using. I had projects stored in the cloud with the expired licence. Unfortunately with this new licence I can't find my cloud documents/projects. I really don't know what to do but I'm very positive my projects are still out there in cloud looking for me as I'm looking for them. Please help us!
