I created a preview link for an XD file. My client wrote a lot of comments on it, everything worked fine. I could see them. But today, following that link, all comments have disapeared.

In the browser console I can see an error message :

bundle.js:98 GET https://comments.acrobat.com/assets/urn:aaid:sc:us:4c981e92-4c4b-47b6-8e5a-7ba5be545192/annots/?status=open,resolved 404 (NOT FOUND)

Is there a way to get my comments back ?

Alan.

I checked with the team and they wanted to know if you are running into the following scenario described in this doc Publish your prototype and/or design spec and share it with stakeholders by providing a web link.

Enabling password protection for existing prototype link

If you have created public prototype URLs using XD version 6 or earlier, you cannot update those existing links directly by adding password protection. You need to create a new link.

However, after you create a new link using XD version 7, you can update the link with passwords any time you want.

You could also look in assets.adobe.com in the "Prototypes & Specs" tab to see whether it's possible there is more than one copy of the prototype there.
