Lottie Animation Disappearing After I Stop Hovering

So I'm trying to create a map with a bunch of bouncing pinpoints using a Lottie Animation. But when I hover, I want it to stop bouncing and show a portion of text above it. I put everything together, and it works so that when I hover it stops bouncing and shows the text. However, when I stop hovering, the pinpoint animation disappears completely. Does anyone know what's going on??

Lottie will stop if other prototyping triggers are initiated.
