Lottie animations don't show in XD preview

Hello everyone,

 

I added Lottie files into my adobe XD and everything worked fine. But now I have the problem, that new added lotties won't be played in the preview. Also if I copy the ones, which are functioning - the new ones don't show in the preview. Play automatically and Loop playback is set.

 

If I place Lotties on a new/blanc artboard they are working. Is this is bug? 

 

so frustrating...

    1. XD version
    2. On which platform
    3.Is this happening with all the files/ Specific file

    4. Please tell the scenario or steps how you added the lottie files [ added the lottie files to the object , component, component states or directly to the canvas] 
    So that we can try from our end to resolve ASAP

    Hi Ashwini,

     

    1. Version: 48.0.12

    2. I use the Creative Cloud on a MacBook Pro (MacOS Monterey 12.2.1)

    3. It is happening with all files (but the ones I added before the issue appeared are still working)

    4. I added the Lottie files through the Adobe XD Lottie plugin via dragndrop to the canvas and placed it on my artboard.

     

    As I wrote previously, the animations work fine, if I place them on a new/empty artboard. All files are set on auto play and loop.
