LottieFiles Plugin doesn't work - No Connection

Hi,

I installed the latest version of LottieFiles 1.0.2 as instructed by LottieFiles and it still doesn't work, [Adobe XD is updated to the latest version too] it says no connection, even though I'm connected to internet. 

What could be the problem?

    Hi there, 

     

    Thank you for reaching out and sharing the screenshot. Would you mind switching your internet connection by using a hotspot from your phone and see if the problem persists? I'd recommend restarting your machine once.

     

    Are you working under a managed enterprise network by any chance? If yes, please ask your adminstrator to grant access to the network endpoints mentioned here - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html.
