Low Quality Export

I have noticed that no matter which file format I choose (JPG, PNG, PDF) the image looks really bad affecting presentation with clients.

When I export  from Illustrator or photoshop even to JPG , the quality is perfect. But on adobe XD the Quality really bad.

there is any way to fix it? Thanks

Besides the information asked by italosan, Also so let us know what are you exporting artboards for selected graphics and what is selected in the export for option.
