[macOS 12.2.1] Empty Zeplin export popup/modal when using the plugin for Adobe XD

Hi,
I have some trobules about the exportation of artboards from XD to Zeplin.
If I use the shortcut it will only open Zeplin but not showing the popup.
Then if I use the Zeplin plugin it does open the popup but it's empty and there are no projects in the list as you can see here:


I don't know what to do since I have no way to export artboards.

Hi, thank you for replying with the requested information. Have you tried to do a new installation of Zeplin?

Hi, what version of Adobe XD and Zeplin are you using? Does this problem occur with all files?

Hi, I'm using XD 51.0.12 and Zeplin 4.3.2 (1576).

And yes, I got the same problem with all files.
