Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please ensure you're signed in with the same Adobe ID using which the files were created. In addition, you can also try signing out, and on signing back in, you'll get two options to select your account type, Personal & Organisation. Please test both accounts one by one and see if you can find the files on any of them.
