Missing cloud file in Adobe XD.

Hi,

 

So, A few hours ago I was working on a cloud document on adobe XD, I put my laptop to sleep and after some hours opened adobe XD and the file was not there.

I checked in Recent files and at https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents also, but couldn't find it. It's really important to me, and I need it ASAP.

I'm signed in on the correct account as well. I'm really unable to understand what happened. 

 

Please could someone help me to retrieve the file? It'd be a great help.

    Hi Maria,

     

    We are sorry to hear this. I would request you to please try the below steps-

     

    1. Sign out of XD and Creative Cloud Desktop app.
    2. End all Adobe processes from Task Manager (Windows) or Activity Monitor (OS X).
    3. Reboot the computer
    4. Sign back in.

     

    If you have another computer, please check if you're able to see the file on a different machine.

    I followed the instructions you mentioned but still can't find the file. 

     

    Can you please suggest any other solution?
