Missing cloud file in Adobe XD (HELP)

I've been working on a file in XD for 3 months and just yesterday I was editing it. This morning I opened the program, but it did not load. I tried several times and restarted the computer and it did not load. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it and when it opened, there was no file in the cloud. All my work is lost. I checked at: https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents and the files are not there either. It only shows up under "Published" but there is no way to edit those files. I have tried everything, but the files do not appear. Help, please.

 

I work on Windows 11.

Hi @sago261, sorry to hear about your file. If you haven't tried what @HARSHIKA_VERMA suggests here, I suggest trying those also:

We are sorry to hear this. I would request you to please try the below steps-

 

  1. Sign out of XD and Creative Cloud Desktop app.
  2. End all Adobe processes from Task Manager (Windows) or Activity Monitor (OS X).
  3. Reboot the computer
  4. Sign back in.

 

If you have another computer, please check if you're able to see the file on a different machine.

Hi, I already tried what you tell me and other things and it has not worked. The files don't show up on another computer and I've also looked inside the files on my computer and it doesn't show up either.
