Missing Font error in XD version(21.2.12.3).

Dear Community

I have an active font in my account (Work Sans - light and medium).
However, when i launch my XD file it shows them as missing when they are in fact active.

How do i resolve this?

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the font?

I just tried with Work Sans, initially medium didn't show up, but when I reinstalled they all appeared.
