Missing fonts alert after opening XD file on windows created on mac.

Hi,

I designed an app with Adobe XD on a mac at home, but I wanted to continue on a windows laptop because I will be out of home for a few days, but when I open the XD file on the windows version, I see an alert that says missing fonts,  with below that a list of the font names. What can I do to add those fonts to adobe xd on windows?

Hi Benji,

 

We are sorry to hear you are getting missing fonts error in XD file.  However, there are few fonts that are available in mac only. If you are using Adobe Fonts, try deactivating and reactivating fonts again. We would also request you to please check out this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/fonts/kb/resolve-missing-fonts.html for more info.

Hi Harshika,

I don't have fonts from adobe fonts, but I looked there for the fonts I missed, Helvetica Neue Regular and InaiMathi Bold, but I couldn't find those fonts.

 

Do you have any idea how can use these fonts I mentioned above? as I don't find them in adobe fonts?
