Mobile font issue - Cloud document

I'm using third party (non-typekit) fonts on XD on windows, saving file as cloud document. When i preview this document on android XD app, it says fonts missing.

I understand the font licensing issues for mobile preview but when cloud feature was introduced last month, i was delighted that windows<>android fonts missing issue was resolved for good and I'm pretty sure the fonts were displaying correctly on mobile. But after Christmas break, I noticed the fonts went missing again. What happened?

Like i mentioned, I'm not using any Font manager on my computer. So no, this solution doesn't work unfortunately.

    Hi Atul,

The fonts are Guillon and Material Icons. The same font (Guillon) was appearing correctly when the cloud feature was introduced last month.

I am not using any font manager on windows so these fonts were installed natively.

    Android app version - 14.0.0 (14953)

    Adobe XD - 14.0.42.14

    Windows 10 Pro - 1809 (OS Build 17763.253)

    Thanks,

    Hussain
