Mobile prototype not displaying in full screen

I am trying to view my prototype on my android phone using Chrome, but its not showing in full screen. I have full screen enabled in XD. My prototype is non-scrolling and on mobile app fonts that I'm using change to default adobe font, so that's not the option.

My client wants to view it in full screen. Please help.

Hi Kushalj,

There are 2 different situations which we are looking at here. First is related to the font which are getting switched to Adobe Fonts, second is that it doesn't appear in full screen mode in Mobile browser.

Could you please share the name of the font which is not working? Please check if that font is mentioned under Active fonts, go to preference, then Manage Fonts then, Active fonts in Adobe XD mobile.

    Hey Atul,

    I have submitted the feedback for prototype issue. I want your help with

    the fonts.

    The fonts that I'm using are not showing up in Active fonts. Actually I'm

    using my own fonts. I tried to reach out Adobe for submitting the fonts on

    Adobe Marketplace, but I did not get any response. Could you please guide

    me to use my fonts on XD mobile app or submit my own fonts on the platform?
