My Adobe Files (Saved As Local Document) Disappeared from PC

Question

I created two XD Files and I saved them as local documents. Then I shared these documents. Now the XD files have disappeared from my computer. I now only have the published links. I didn't delete the files. These are the only missing documents and they are the only documents that have been shared.

I need to edit the project files for these documents. There doesn't seem to be a way to do that now.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
