My after picture had a lost of noise when I embed it on my portfolio but on adobe xd it looks fine

Hi! So I've been struggling with this for a while but maybe it's me, or something I have to do on Photoshop. I am making a before and after slider for my Adobe portfolio website. And I'm not sure why there is noise on the photo when I embed it but when I go back to adobe xd it looks fine. Is there any solution? Below is the embed result.
