My client comments on my designs are all unmapped

Hi XD community,

 

I am loving XD so far.  As a startup, we are getting a lot of value from this!

 

We are experiencing the following issue. I shared a link with my client via Share, Design review and "anyone with the link can open it". 

 

The client just started entering his / her comments. However, all these comments are not linked to any screen. I have more than 20 screens so I don't know what what the feedback is about!

It showing as unmapped comments.

 

How can i ensure my client's comments are linked to the screen.

(Note: she has no adobe xd, only a guest account).

    Hi stijn5E9C,

     

    Thank you for using Adobe XD and sharing your feedback.

     

    We would like to inform that you can also pin comments to an artboard. From a shared prototype:

     

    1) Click on the comment icon (top right) to open the comments pane.
    2) Sign in with and Adobe ID, or as a guest.
    3) Type in your comment.
    4) Click on the “Pin to Artboard” link.
    5) Move your pin to the correct location on the artboard.
    6) Drop the pin.
