My Cloud documents missing

Last month I have uploaded my completed projects on Adobe cloud, made using XD. But from the past one week I am looking for them, I unable to find them. They were very important to me, and I am sure that I have saved them on the cloud. Please help. I have also shared some of the snippets of that project.

Hi, from your browser go to this address assets.adobe.com and log in to your Adobe ID. Once this is done, a dashboard will open where you can check all your documents saved in the cloud, your libraries and files shared with you.

Yes sir, I checked but unable to find the same project. I tried contacting the support team through live chat, but they are not answering my query. Is there any other alternative?

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please ensure that you are signed in with the same email address using which the file was created? This generally happens when we create and save the file using a different email address.
