My laptop failed to download adobe XD

Question

Tried every method already. uninstall install my creative cloud.

switching off my antivirus.

when trying to download, its just half way until 48%

then it said installation failed. i restart my laptop, try download it again. still like failed.

i dont know how to open the sideload on my laptop.

do anyone know how to do this.with deep knowledge about this?

Hi there,

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble downloading XD. Would you mind trying to sign out of XD, Creative Cloud desktop app, restart the machine and then sign back in?
