My new colleague can't download adobe XD

Hi 

 

We have an enterprise team license and I have never had problems downloading adobe XD but my new colleague can no longer download it. She also doesn't see it listed among her apps on Creative Cloud. It does show up among our list of apps that come with our license. Is there a way to fix that so that she can download it?
