My work desappeared from the cloud/recent files.

So, I'm having a problem with my archives.

 

Yesterday I noticed that my Adobe's plan have expired, so I contacted my company and shortly after they renewed my plan for me. After that I can't access my old and recent projects, they just disappeared from my Adobe's Cloud. 

 

The only place I can see them is on the "Published work" tab on  Adobe's website, but I just can't open them on my pc's XD 

(The image is in Portuguese)

 

Can someone please help me? I must access some important projects there.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please ensure that you are signed in with the same email address using which the documents were created. You can also try switching between Personal/Organisation account while signing in. In case if you have an enterprise license, please contact us directly using the steps shared here https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/support-and-expert-services.html
