my xd file didn't open

Hello dears,

I was work. on adobe xd file in recently. days on my  pc device ,  now. I. try. re-open the. same  file  on my. Mac. device on. xd CC & didn't  open ! Why??!

Although I make the XD CC  update on. my. Mac. device to  be matched  with the latest version on. my. pc  "to be. listen to the . pop up message  !!  and.  the. file. didn't. open. yet!  please. find. to. me. the. solution  ASAP ! and. I. will. thank you ,

Apologize for your experience. Can you try the solution in Issue saving xd files to creative cloud​ and let us know if it helped?

Is this the only document that you are unable to open on your mac? Can you share a link to the document?

Can you test another document to see if it is just this doc or is it repeatable?
