Need help change of plans deleted my XD cloud

I messed up . We had a creative cloud all apps a organization account for the past 3 years where all our designs were done in XD for all projects . Just 10 days back changed the creative cloud all apps account to individual . Apparently there was a folder of cloud there. Now that folder is gone as no backup/ auto synch was not turned on . I have a links though which show the designs for that project but apparently that won't help m told by adobe customer care . I'm willing to upgrade , reactivate do anything to get my 3 years work data back . Even the adobe cloud assets link don't show our work

    End number of calls to USA . Everytime I’m asked to explain the reason
    again to a new person , put on hold for long hours , end no result .

    What a harrowing experience this is , my 3 years client work is just gone
    it’s been almost a week
