Thanks for reaching out. It appears to me that you are using Windows Operating System as we don't have those options in Windows. We have received similar request on our Adobe XD UserVoice Page, and I'd request you to please upvote this request: https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007-adobe-xd-feature-requests/suggestions/18478660-full-featured-top-menu-for-windows-10

This is the best way of communicating with the Engineering and Product Management teams regarding issues and suggestions so they can be implemented in future releases.
