Question

No cloud docs in Home. Not able to invite people.

I am not getting the options of 'Your work' or cloud documents in Home. I am unable to save XD file on cloud. Also, i cannot invite people to a file. I get this error that you need to contact your admin. I am CC (adobe enterprise) user. I am able to access and open my earlier saved files from CC desktop app. [Mac OS Big Sur]

  • The screenshot of your About Creative Cloud Desktop page.
  • The screenshot of About XD info page.
  • Are you able to see the cloud documents here: https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents? 
  • Please generate logs using Adobe Logs and upload them to a shared location such as Creative Cloud or Dropbox and share the URL with us.
