No funciona la grabación de prototipo

Tengo problemas para grabar la interacción con la previsualización del prototipo. El contador se queda en 00:00 y al finalizar no obtengo el archivo de vídeo.

Hi Alex,

Sorry to hear that you're unable to record prototype on your machine. If you are using a macOS, please try the steps mentioned here (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/xd/kb/enable-recording-catalina.html).

In case if you have Windows, please press Windows + G and record using a native recorder. Please ensure that you have given permission.
