No zoom in comment mode

When sharing a document for development the zoom is gone when I switch to comment mode. Comment mode is apparently the same as prototype mode now, but since the zoom is gone its impossible to navigate and get the total visual picture cause so much exceeds the screen estate. It's a constant scroll affair. Why isn't it possible to retain the zoom function in comment mode? And why is switching to comment mode equivalent of going to prototype mode?!

PS: There's so many illogical decisions made in the iteration of XD. I would like to offer my help as a tester so before you release things, or change things, or delete things, or make new things in addition to old things, you could have a designer to test it on. You know, to receive feedback before you actually go ahead and release stuff on the public. We do that all the time when we design services here where I work. It's really quite useful.
