Non-Owner Email Notifications

Hi,

Is it possible for a non-owner to receive email's when someone comments on a file? I do receive email notifications when they @3044976. I know that if I was the owner this is possible, but I work collaborately on multiple documents with mutliple people. I'd like to find an easier way to be notified and being able to for an email instead of having them tag me for each change and hoping I catch it all, especially when I'm working on multiple projects.

P.S. Please make multiple ownership of a file a thing. It would have me so many headaches.
