Not able to access the cloud documents.

I am not able to access the files saved while working on XD.

    Hi Nisha,

    Sorry to hear that,

    May i know what error you are getting, In which XD version currently you are and OS version.

    From where you are trying to open the cloud file.

    Is that same file exists in https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents.

    Please check whether your cloud is sync or not.

    Please let me know above query answer and please screenshot of issue you are facing.

    i do not know where to find the cloud to access documentsts
