Not able to copy paste from illustrator

I am not able to copy paste my illustrator files to XD . canyou help me this issue it has started happening recently

Do you mean coping objects from Illustrator into Xd or importing Illustrator files into Xd?

Also not to sound cliche but I'd certainly restart the AI and XD 🙂 But as I see it saving a file/element as .svg in illustrator certainly solves the problem if there's any other problem that I can't think of right now. Hope this helps.
