Not able to Create link

I'm not able to create the link. It's showing me to upgrade the plan, I'm already in a Single App Plan for Unlimited link.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please ensure that you are signed in with the correct Adobe ID on which you have the subscription? If yes, please share your Adobe ID through DM, by clicking on my name so that we can check the account details.
