Not able to open ADobe XD. White screen Issue

Whenever I open my AdobeXD, i am facing the problem of WhiteScreen.  Pasted below are the logs from "CrashDump" and "LOg Collector".  The screenshot of the program is also avaialble in the same place. Request you to please help

    Hi Nagarjuna26239873lklj,

    Sorry for the inconvience, could you please try the below steps:

    1. Which version of XD you are using
    2. Sign out from CCD

    3. Restart the machine once

    4. Once the system is started Sign in to CCD 

    5. Now Launch XD

    6. Before to that please check your internet connection and core sync is running properly

    7. Now open the file for which white screen were coming.

     

    Please let know know if the above steps helps in resolving the issue.
