Not able to open Xd after renewal my license

Hi Expets, please any idea how can i get my Xd back. i have renewed the enterprise version. but still it shows buy now. i cleared the cache, signout out and at last uninstall the software. 

is there any otherways to solve this isuue.

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. As suggested by Spas, please ensure you're signed in with the same Adobe ID on which the license was activated. In addition to this, you can also check the type of account you selected on signing up. Once you sign in, it asks you to choose the personal account or organization account. Please check the type of account and test again. Let us know if this helps or if you need further assistance.

    Hey, do you by any chance use multiple adobe accounts / IDs? Are you sure you renewed it on the same email you are logged into? Did you try contacting support?
