Not able to record voice and audio playbacks even my microphone is enabled.

I am using a Macbook Pro. Even though both the microphone and Screenrecording are enabled for XD, I am not able to record any Voice and Audio Playbacks. I searched for other solutions but none of them worked. I am able to record the Screen but not any Voice and Audio playbacks. Please help me to solve this problem.

    Just to be sure, verifying some steps and settings:

    - You have quit and reopened Adobe XD after changing these Privacy settings ?

    - The System Preference is using the proper Sound Input and Output ?

    Hi,

    In windows, the record button is not recording, just telling me to try to record with the win+g shortcut. when I tap the dropdown, it only gives me the option: "allow notifications".
    I want to record with xd app itself. What is the reason I don't have the same fitchers in the preview?
