Not able to redeem subscription provided by Coursera

So Coursera provided 9 months of free subscription to Adobe XD which is essential to complete my 6th course "Responsive web design in Adobe XD" in UX Design. When i click on Redeem, site was experiencing some technical isuues and this is going on from last week. Please help resolve this isuue.
